Berkeley's Pantheon hosting service is intended for sites hosted at berkeley.edu domains and owned by Berkeley departments and employees. If your site uses a non-berkeley.edu domain, or if the primary owner is not a Berkeley employee, it is not eligible for our discounts and additional features.Overview
To get your free account, go to https://dashboard.pantheon.io/register.
IMPORTANT: You must be a Berkeley employee using a berkeley.edu email address (e.g. yourname@berkeley.edu) when you register. Email addresses using subdomains of berkeley.edu, (e.g. yourname@socrates.berkeley.edu), and external emails not at a Berkeley.edu will not work. Signing up with a Berkeley.edu email address gives you access to our hosting discount and other UC Berkeley-specific benefits.

If you are working with an outside vendor
You should still have a Berkeley employee with a berkeley.edu email address register for an account. That person should be the initial User in Charge, and can add outside developers to the site.
